Shipping Policy

Shipping to Spain & the EU

We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Spain, so delivery is fast and reliable for our European customers.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days after dispatch. Most orders to mainland Spain arrive within the lower end of this range; deliveries to the Balearic and Canary Islands, and other EU countries, may take slightly longer.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Import Duties

Since our products are shipped from within Spain/the EU, customers within the EU should not face additional customs charges or import duties on their orders.
